Senior Grocery Hours

  • 99 Ranch Market has special hours for Senior citizens, disabled individuals, and pregnant women from 8 am to 9 am Monday-Friday.
  • Albertsons has reserved two hours from 7 am to 9 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for senior customers and at-risk guests that include pregnant women and immunocompromised persons.
  • Lunardi’s Markets Senior citizens customers (65 & Older) and those with disabilities may shop on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 7 am-8 am
  • New Seasons Market will open Monday through Friday from 8 am-9 am are designated hours to better accommodate the high-risk community. They have also extended their Wednesday Senior Discount days to all hours.
  • Nob Hill Foods (Raleys)  is offering curbside pickup for prescriptions at their Pharmacy locations. They will have two unique Senior Essentials Bags available for purchase at a discounted price. These bags will be available for pick up daily curbside or in-store.
  • Safeway senior customers and at-risk guests will have special shopping hours at Safeway stores between 7 am to 9 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Target senior citizens and people with underlying health concerns can shop at Target stores nationwide every Wednesday, starting at 8 am.
  • Trader Joe’s does not have senior hours, but a special seniors check-out line (the store is open to the public).
  • Smart & Final will open 30 minutes early, from 7:30–8 am, to accommodate shoppers aged 65 years or older, customers with disabilities, and pregnant women.
  • Walgreens offers a seniors day every Tuesday with all-day discounts, and seniors-only shopping from 8 to 9 am.
  • Walmart stores open from 6 am-7 am on Tuesday for 60 and older to shop.
  • Whole Foods customers 60 years of age or older can shop at Whole Foods at 8 am, which is an hour before the store opens to the general public.
